Ethernet Hub/Switch Setup

When it is required to connect more than two PC's a Hub or Switch must be used. Hub/Switch(s) come in various sizes, up to a maximum of 24 ports per Hub/Switch. If your network requires more ports than is available on a standard Hub/Switch then a number of Hub/Switch(s) may be used and 'daisy chained' to increase the number of ports available on the network. Each cable connected to the Hub/Switch is wired in parrallel, as opposed to the Crossover Cable Setup.
